I pre registered at 6:49a for a 4p urgent care visit. I received the confirmation text and 3 different texts through out the day reminding me of my appointment time and a link to pre check in. I show up at 3:50p. Doors are locked and lights are off. I thought maybe they took a late lunch or had an emergency and had to step away from the desk for a moment. In the last two months I have been going there for beauty treatments. The place is very clean. The staff are professional and they are great with flexible appointment times. Highly recommend. I would also like to add I was hesitate about the treatment I was wanting but the staff did a really good job explaining everything to me. They did a good job answering my questions thoroughly. The NP also does a good job checking my pain level and making sure she is working at a level that is tolerable to me.

Such an interesting place. Definitely a beauty spot that does Urgent care as a side hustle. I'm not mad about it, I just haven't seen anything like it before! A couple of honest notes: the hygiene is lacking a bit. There were cobwebs and visible dirt/debris around the baseboards and floors in the exam room we were in. And the perfume smell is extremely strong as soon as you walk into the building! So I wouldn't recommend going if you're trying to be seen with a migraine. Otherwise, the staff are friendly.
