Rachel was lovely! She was so sweet and listened to my concerns. Was checked in and got out within 30 minutes!
Sherry Masterson was rude and non-caring and this isn't the first time. My 12 year old daughter had an earring back stuck in her ear. When asking what her plan was she said she's just going to find it and pull it out. She said she cannot numb it. While holding my daughter she rudely said, "Mom keep your hands back." I wasn't in her way. It was a very unpleasant experience and as much as I like the receptionist and some of the nurses there, we won't be back. We left to go for care elsewhere.
