Wouldn't go back. Took my 2 month baby for skin rash on her diaper area. Dr. Roa didn't even bother to examine my baby and said it was a diaper rash. He even commented that I'm "supposed to prevent these things." I called his office the next day since it seemed to get worse. Went to get a second opinion and it was a fungal infection.
I was tricked by the office staff here as they told me all i owe is a co-pay which i payed and later hit me with a bunch of fees. and everytime i called to get clarification they were extremely dismissive and gave me the round around to call someone else. i ended up paying $250 for a regular visit for a respiratory infection as i was charged hidden fees called facility fees which they did no tell me. i dont think people should be treated like that.
