Great customer service at check in and the NP was very attentive and caring!!
Came in for a sinus infection. They took me back to the coldest room available and sat for almost an hour. I finally said I’ve had enough and walked out. The receptionist smiled and said take care and I told her I was never seen. They seemed very surprised by that. Good to know you can be completely forgotten in a healthcare facility. I guess as long as you pay them they don’t care. This place is trash.
