Friendly staff and quick waiting time. Got back there and saw the nurse and didn’t have to wait very long for the doctor came in. Did a quick flu test and got diagnosed. The doctor was very sweet and gentle and gave me some medicine to recover.

I work in education so I can't always get an appointment with my primary care doctor but I know I can depend on Dr. Locke, PA McCall and the wonderful staff to treat like an established patient. I have always received excellent personal care from them and never felt rushed. I feel listened to and know I will receive the care I need.
Worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced! Sat two hours waiting in an empty waiting room. When I asked, “Oh the nurse is at lunch”. I sat another 20 minutes so far and I’m leaving! Obviously they work by the hour! The longer it takes to serve a patient the less they have to see!
My husband had previously been seen at this location with an orthopedic specialist. On 6/2/26 he called to be seen and specifically requested an orthopedic specialist. They told him to come in and charged him the co-pay and sent him for x-rays. After seeing the doctor, he is informed that he needs to see an orthopedic specialist. He was confused because that's what he thought he had done, he was told he had only seen a general nurse practioner.
