I came in with several bad problems that have been going on for a while, got completely dismissed, ignored, cutoff and misread on most of what I was trying to explain about my issues, and sent away with no help or concerns at all, on top of being treated very rudely by the doctor. I arrived at the facility at 7:36pm. They would not see me because I have to have an appoinment. Well, how are we suppposed to know that when they say they take walk ins? They tried to explain the process to me but it didn't make sense. They take walks but only if there is a spot to take walk ins. Then the receptionist tells me to make an appoinment for tomorrow to be seen. I told her I have to work tomorrow and I can't just leave work to go to my appointment. Good care here, but they drug their feet when it came to sending the referral to an orthopedist. Very disorganized on that front
