My husband had previously been seen at this location with an orthopedic specialist. On 6/2/26 he called to be seen and specifically requested an orthopedic specialist. They told him to come in and charged him the co-pay and sent him for x-rays. After seeing the doctor, he is informed that he needs to see an orthopedic specialist. I got in the same day! Was able to do the intake forms on my phone! Best of all was Carolyn McCall - kind, understanding and an excellent level of experience in pain mmt. She even read the ER reports so she was studied up before I arrived! I am so impressed with these people!!!
I truly and sincerely thank DR.Kaitlin Kucera and the team at this urgent care center! Their kindness and compassion along with after hour phone calls from DR Kucera who was on rotation at this center this week in regards to my son’s health issues was a blessing! Because of their diligence and direction, we moved our son to the Hospital and has been admitted into their ICU with an extremely serious Spinal cord infection where he is receiving the best possible care at this point.
Treating their patients with Pride, Dignity and Respect! Dr Locke, Carolyn McCall, Richard, Courtney, Tonya and the amazing urgent Care team are the very best for your health care needs! Everyone knows that CHI Saint Joseph's strives for excellence and these amazing professional team members are most certainly in pursuit of the same! Thank you everyone at CHI St Joseph's urgent Care! I came in with several bad problems that have been going on for a while, got completely dismissed, ignored, cutoff and misread on most of what I was trying to explain about my issues, and sent away with no help or concerns at all, on top of being treated very rudely by the doctor.
