They done really do anything or test you to make sure you don't have anything, I won't go here my son was sick like sick took him there and they didn't really diagnose what was wrong they put him on amoxicillin and I ended up in Pensacola at children's my son has cdiff the amoxicillin they gave him killed all the good bacteria in he's gut.. I don't recommend
I called ahead to get a simple DOT physical and they assured me they could do it. Spend over an hour filling out paperwork, doing vitals, providing UA, all for them to tell me they can’t do the physical.
I went to this urgent care to be seen about pink eye. I had two types of insurance. The lady claims they don’t take either one, even though on my app it states that they that’s where I should go for urgent care. Then they refuse to see me altogether, I do not recommend this urgent care by any means absolutely horrible bedside manner. Don’t know how to deal with the public and aren’t willing to help anybody.
These young ladies in the Urgent Care are by far the best experience I have EVER had in an emergency room or hospital period. I won’t say the reason I went in but let’s just say it was pretty embarrassing and they made me feel so extremely comfortable from the nurse who admitted me to the nurse that took my vitals to the Nurse Practitioner. Front desk receptionist was rude with an attitude, she wouldn’t tell me her name (light skinned black woman). It’s no wonder this position at Urgent Care has a high turnover.
