These young ladies in the Urgent Care are by far the best experience I have EVER had in an emergency room or hospital period. I won’t say the reason I went in but let’s just say it was pretty embarrassing and they made me feel so extremely comfortable from the nurse who admitted me to the nurse that took my vitals to the Nurse Practitioner. Front desk receptionist was rude with an attitude, she wouldn’t tell me her name (light skinned black woman). It’s no wonder this position at Urgent Care has a high turnover.
I went here for ear pain and pressure and Dr. “Gouta” looked at my ears for .1 second and said they both looked good and that it was probably allergies. I went to a different urgent care the next day and I was told i have fluid in my ears and a double ear infection. Don’t waste your time and money. I will say the nurses were very kind though.
What a horrible experience. Their process to bringing patients back is horrible. What’s the point of reserving the first five appointment slots of the morning for my family if you’re going to take care of the walk-ins that got there five minutes before me? We were there for over two hours —Just for a crappy assessment. Not to mention my husband was forgotten about in the exam room. They tried calling me… however the number they were dialing was incorrect. What more does a mom love than sitting in a car with 4 sick kiddos!
Stacy the receptionist was wonderful. The most cheerful, kind, and helpful receptionist I’ve ever seen. The wait was long for the Dr, but several people ahead of us
