Be cautious of this place! The first time I went here, I had a decent experience. The second time, however, was AWFUL. All of the staff was unpleasant and acted as though the patients were a burden. I noticed that they had the same attitude with everyone, not just me. Then I received my bill...I was charged as a NEW PATIENT, when I had been seen there before. Wonderful staff..polite, cheerful, and more than willing to help you feel at ease...wouldn t go anywhere else in this area...fantastic... Gina M
This place is now Expresscare, I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The admissions young lady was terribly rude and unprofessional. The doctor left much to be desired. I came to get medical advice not to be disrespected by talking to me like I were a child. DO NOT waste your time, I dont believe your visit will be any better.
Horrible!!!!!! I will never go back. Staff was rude and didnt care about what I had to say. Ive never had a problem with any urgent care except this one. Gave me nasonex to help with my sore throat and cold sweats...i wasnt even congested.
Never go there again! Completely incompetent and rude!!!
The staff goes above and beyond for their patients. M.B. actually diagnosed my daughter when her family doc couldnt figure out what was wrong so... definitely my choice to take my kids, too bad they cant be her family practice!
While travelling through, I visited Urgent Health Medical Center. Clinic is well located and convenient to major highway. I found the staff to be professional and was seen in a timely manner (38 minutes total). I found the physician to be rather cold and in a hurry. I asked a few questions regarding my conditions including questions regarding the meds she had prescribed but I could not get answers from her and felt that I was a disturbance to her routine. I will not return there.
They are very kind and caring. Their first concern is the patients well being....above reasonable with prices!
