The receptionist was really patient and friendly. Other staff were nice too. overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Went in to the Glen Waverley Branch for some urgently needed tests today. Was so fortunate to have met Eileen who was simply Helpful Understanding Polite and Kind. She acted promptly and efficiently and helped me with my much needed tests within 72 hours. Two tests were done today after being asked if I’m happy to wait a while. Thank you So Much Eileen I’m really grateful to you for today. I sincerely hope the boss finds the time to acknowledge such great customer service !!!
