This review is in regards to this specific location. If you are going to use this company, I recommend the Dixie Hwy Location. What I first want to say is that we are extremely happy with our cabinets, the quality etc. Customer Service and the headache of this remodel has resulted in the 1 star review, as no business should run this way. Darren was great to work with. Initial visit to the store we selected the style and color of cabinets we wanted. He provided a website for the countertop company he works with, Granite Galleria in Lexington. You can also choose your own provider. We had arrived with measurements of our existing cabinets. Darren scheduled a follow-up visit to verify measurements and complete the order. Absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen! From the first measurement taken to the finished counter tops, everything was seamless with a quick turnaround time! The installers were very professional and courteous with great communication. We love our new kitchen and highly recommend Darren & Express Cabinet store in Mt. Washington!
