I had my car towed to their location, and they were able to look and diagnose my car in the same day. I had it back the next day! There very friendly and professional. I would recommend them!
I was given a $580 quote to replace a malfunctioning side mirror. Turns out that the mirror didn't need to be replaced; my fiance fixed the problem himself in two minutes. When I called to ask Express Auto why they gave me such a high estimate, which included unnecessarily replacing a part that was still functional, Garrett claimed they were just doing what I'd asked.
