I used this company some years back and had a pleasant experience but this time on Aug 18th my system was serviced, I paid $385 received no receipt, my system is broke down again and I have called the company 3 times and all I get is ghosted.
Express has always been fairly priced and provided excellent service. They listen to your needs and always work with you to find a reasonable solution. Great service!

James and Josh have been maintaining my system for years, very reliable every season . My system's life has definitely been extended due to their service.
On the coldest day of the year thus far, my downstairs unit stopped heating. I called Express Air and was able to schedule a technician for same day service. Josh arrived earlier than the timeframe I was given. He explained what the problem was. He gave me the price and asked if I wanted him to continue. Josh had everything repaired within the hour. Thank you to everyone for your professionalism, promptness and quality of work. I will definitely be calling Express Air for future needs.
