Express 24 clean is hands down one of the best cleaning services I’ve come across, the cleaners are so professional and detail oriented, they come in and get straight to work wasting no time. I just got a call from my very pregnant wife after the cleaner left. Somehow our front door doesn't work now, they left over 30 mins early, did not dust all of our surfaces and only mopped the floor but didn't vacuum rugs. Then sprung her phone out to awkwardly asking wife to record she is satisfied as she is trying to fix the door, deal with our three year old son and trying to get out of tipping a very poorly done job. Not sure if it was because we got a Groupon or what but definitely would not recommend or use again.

I called for carpet cleaning, the staff is very friendly and helpful. my carpet still looks the same than before plus ia few pink stains marks from the product they use. the guy who came to clean was nice and polite but the carpet cleaner and products he had to clean were not very good. I'm disappointed about the carpet cleaning service but they have good reviews about other things.
