The staff is rude, unprofessional, and lie. The women named wendolyn, Ann(manager), and Saire are rude and unprofessional. Wendolyn will tell lies about costumers just to save herself from getting in trouble. Ann will not even talk to you herself if you ask for her. And siare will give you nasty looks and be a total bitch to you for no reason. I will never come back to the Fairlawn location in Ohio

I recently bought a really nice jean jacket from Upper Room Boutique and one of the buttons came off so I took it to have the button put back on and have the other ones reinforced. I was asked it I would like it cleaned as well and said yes. When I picked it up one of the other buttons had come off during cleaning and was safety pinned to the paper on the hanger and worst of all the jacked was faded! This was a new jacket!! My first time here will also be my last. Took three pairs of dress pants in for alterations and request cuffs placed in the pants. Upon getting home to my surprise there were no cuffs in the pants but blind helms. Upon calling I was basically told I got what I requested although I do not own a pair of dress pants with a blind helm. Cant comply with simple instructions, buyer beware.
