They did work with me and got me financed. I give them 2& 1/2 stars based on my experience with them. One good thing in their favor is that I got the car the same day that I walked in.
I went and got finance after trying at 4 other dealers told me no I went there and was shocked to see how professional and easily I was approved, I will say this if you are planning on visiting go see Jimmy he does finance and is the best I have ever seen he has gotten my mom, brother, and 2 coworkers vehicles, Very professional and to the point... Put it bluntly he gets job done
Please do not use these scammers I received a call from Angel who told me I was preapproved I didn't have to put any money up.I confirmed it before I left drove 2 hours to only find out that I needed a 2500.00 down payment. Totally ridiculous I explained to Carlos that I was mislead and thinking he was honest which he wasn't he h kept me there for almost 4 hours talking to different sales reps and trying to persuade me to get a co signer. Please do not use this dealer no matter what. On 3/19/2014 while out shopping with a friend i was asked do I mind shopping by the dealer for them to sign a paper that Carlos said during the purchase it was not signed and so i agreed. After parking and seating in the car and waiting on the person to sign the necessary paper. I. Have never had a bad experience with no salesperson at kingwood suzuki. I have got 6 vehicles and I would get another One if I had to. The guys r very polite to me and my family these guys work real hard to get you what you want. Kingwoodsuzuki is the best dealership I have. Ever been to. Thank you. Kdl
i have never had a bad experience at kingwood suzuki with anyone. the salesmans are outstanding and will go above and beyond to get you what you want.i have got 6 vehicles here and i would buy another one if had too. the guys are aways polite and understanding . they also work hard to get you the payments you need. if you want to be treated right go to kingwood suzuki.
They are beyond the most un-helpful group ever!! Hope no one needs help on weekend, even Saturday, because it doesn't exist.
COMPLAINT I received a flyer from Expo Suzuki, that I had won 1 of 7 items. I went to the dealership to claim my prize. What followed, is one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had in my 69 years. A total of 3 guys came out to interview me. The first 2, managed to get all my personal information. When it became clear, I was not there to buy anything, they sent out the 3rd guy, who was a viscious barracuda type.
