I used to love this place. I had a nail tech I saw every time and she was amazing. Unfortunately, she left and now I get someone new every time I go in and they are one worse than the other. Today I picked out a color that was an iridescent blue. What the tech did not tell me was that it actually doesn’t come out that way on your nails unless you have blue under it. BE CAREFUL, Nothing was sanitized. Not the nail file, the sanding band on the drill, my nail plate, and he used a brush to dust off my nails that looked like it had been used for years. I should have politely excused myself but he was nice however I will not go back. It was the first time I treated myself and I am sad that was my experience.
I needed a pedi while on the road and was looking for a walk-in appointment. Called and the gentlemen said come down. An hour later Ivy had my nails back in shape and happy. Very clean shop, friendly staff and reasonable for the attention and care given. If I didn't live in Sedona, I'd be in monthly. Support this great shop!
They are quick, nice and do a great job! My nails last the longest here!!
I really like this place the first time I went. They put my hands in a nice hand, warmer and treated me amazing. The second time I went, I didn’t have the same experience. They did not listen to me. My grandfather just passed away. His favorite candy was candy corn. So I asked for some candy corn nails. For October. I gave some really great suggestions on how to do this.
