I am so disappointed, I've been going to this nail shop for almost a year. I have never experienced anything like this I went to get a pedicure and my water was getting cold so I asked them to add some hot water I guess they got mad cuz i stop them from shopping for they knock off purse and add super hot water burning my feet. Once I got their attendant they put super cold water on me at that point I was so frustrated I got up dried my feet and walked out. I guess it's true what I'm cats away the mouse will play
One day I went to Rite-Aid to grab some stuff and saw Expo Nails and decided to give it another try. (I went there once before but didn't like the previous owner because of her attitude and the services). I was glad to find out that the new owner was very polite and actually cared about his customers. They have remodeled the place recently and it looks nice, bright and clean.
