Favorite gym, no doubt
ExPo Life is a hidden gem gym! The facilities are top notch and overall environment is amazing. The equipment seems to be brand new and they have all the right equipment regardless of what you are trying to do. On top of that, their owner is incredible nice and very hospitable. If I ever come back to the area I will 100% be coming back to ExPo Life
Have dropped in over the years, so happy to see their successes. Always has been such a great atmosphere for the customer.
ExPo LIFE Fitness is the #1 place to come for a holistic approach to exercise and fitness goals. Brad and Lisa are knowledgeable, approachable, and will help you get to where you want to be. A beautiful facility to work out in with 24hr access- can’t beat it.
