When I nor.ally come the service is great HOWEVER today service was HORRIBLE!!! The nail tech did NOT speak English so when I asked the price of the manicure she couldn't tell me because she didn't understand which I had to get assistance from someone else who then tried to tell me the manicure was $57 im like all she did was soak my fingers for a moment file n buff my nails im NOT paying 57 for that. I’ve been going to Sky a few months when she was at CoCo Bay recently moved to this nail salon no problems until I had an appointment yesterday May 23 at 3 when I arrived she already had a customer (but to me) she was just starting so I ask how long she would be just curious she says do you have somewhere to be? Which I admit through me off so she says 30 min or so….apparently she want me to sit there for 30 min and I told her I’ll come back then she says or reschedule because it was a busy day. I have visited this salon for years. This is my go to salon. It's always clean and professional. They clean constantly. My mani pedi that I get is always good. I recommend this salon.
