I have been going to Lina at Expo since 2023. I was running late 2 weeks ago because of an accident on 301, I texted her letting know I was stuck in traffic I would be 10-15 minutes late or I could reschedule. She then stated she was waiting for me, I then proceeded to the shop. Once I arrived she was not in sight but Kevin was there, he proceeded to start on my nails. I have been here several times and have even lett a good review in the past, but Friday, March 20, 2026 at 2:15pm | was highly disappointed with the attitude of Rosa Lee. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter last week to get a pedicure, manicure, and a full set. Mary did a wonderful job on my daughter's feet. She was kind, gentle, and handled her with great care. After Mary finished, she sent my daughter to Rosa Lee. I made sure she understood that a manicure was supposed to be completed first then she'd get a full set... read more
Lina is the best and she always goes out of her way to accommodate you I've been going for over 5 years and I've never been disappointed
Not very happy I felt rushed when it came to my nails. The young lady I guess had to leave. She called a couple of people to come to the front to help me Bit nobody would come .. She tried and that’s the only reason why I paid.but I didn’t get the style that I wanted , so I’m stuck with this for valentine’s day
So disappointed. I have been here a few times and it was great but then today was awful. During the pedicure she stabbed the side of my leg on accident with one of the tools used to clean underneath your nail bed and then when she was actually cleaning under the toenail bed she ended digging so far into the side it started bleeding. I was supposed to get a fill for my acrylic nails too but then the girl tried telling me it would be a whole new set for an ombré to which I advised absolutely not.
