My child loves going to Exploring Minds, and I’m very satisfied with their services. We actually found this centre through a recommendation from a friend, and I’m so glad and thankful that we did. They have a big, spacious gym for the kids, which my child absolutely loves and finds very motivating. I really like how the centre has been designed with children’s interests in mind. Unfortunately, the admin/scheduling staff is very disorganized and doesn’t communicate well with their clients. There needs to be some intense re-training in this sector. I was very happy with the services that my child had - however upon needing to change schedules in the new year, we were placed at the lowest priority.
