I just recently bought an alliance delta 252rl from here and as we walked through it we talked about fixing everything that needed to be done. They told me they’d go through it and check everything and make sure it’s all good to go. Edited..I have been attempting to get my warranty refund through Daniel Benson in Tyler. Apparently I was advised he no longer works there and my warranty paperwork was never submitted. I am beyond upset. I was contacted by Clay Coleman and he had no idea of our refund. He promised he would expedite our return and stay on top of it this time. Maybe a 3rd time is a charm. I will not hold my breath. If Mr Benson still works for Compass I would stear clear of that finance department.
Recently bought a 5th wheel about 3 days ago from this dealership. & was helped by Alonzo in sales along with some other members of the team , BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Very easy to deal with , very responsive , great at helping find the perfect one for you . We had looked at a couple of campers with Alonzo & he stopped at nothing until our dream camper came up & made the whole process a cake walk , would definitely recommend going to them ! . from buying a camper to parts & service they got you covered 110%!
