When we first bought our rv they had the best selection and service people. But when they were bought out by some money hungry morons, it went downhill. They lost their awesome techs. I had problems with the satellite cable from first day I used it, now 4 years later they decided that the cable has a break inline somewhere and want me to pay them $328.00 for 2 hours of work, that should have been done years ago. The extra money I spent on the extended warranty hasn’t been much help.
