Bruce and Leslie gave us excellent service! They are professional, very knowledgeable, thorough, and such easy people to work with. We really thought we got our money’s worth. We are newbie RV owners and they were extremely helpful and patient in explaining what things we needed to repair or be mindful of in getting our rig in tiptop shape. The report they provided is extremely detailed and we will be reviewing it for a while as it is so helpful. Thanks guys for a great experience!
Timely service, outstanding customer service, and thoroughly knowledgeable of the equipment. He is excellent at explaining what is needed and communicating any problems or delays. Even if he is away he will get back to you to make sure you get the service and repairs you need.
We couldn’t be happier with Bruce and the service he provided us on a broken Furrion fridge. He was super quick to respond and make a trip out to do a full diagnosis of the appliance. He worked with my RV manufacturer (Alliance) and provided them with everything necessary to get a warranty replacement sent to us. Bruce and Leslie SAVED the day! They are my hero’s on my RV purchase journey! I had a different “inspector” scheduled for Monday, who called last minute said his liability insurance lapsed and wouldn’t have it reinstated in time. So they canceled but luckily, all things happen as they should. Come to find out he wasn’t even NRVIA certified! I began my search again and found Explore More RV Services!
