We had a great experience in the beginning with Dr. Ally. Though, we were not thrilled with who replaced her on maternity leave. It was a traumatic experience for myself and my infant. The front desk attendee was always on her phone, ignoring incoming and outgoing patients. She wasn’t friendly toward anyone and only cared about her Starbucks drink and her phone.
