I’m really fed up with this company. I can’t even get anyone to return my phone calls! (It’s been a week) I’m sure I’ll get a call back after they see this review but too late now! I’m seriously considering looking to leave this company. My clients family said that where ever I go, they will follow me because they love me that much. When I first started working here, everything was so different, so professional and I absolutely LOVED working for this company but now?? Smh
Very bad company. Disrespectful. Not professional. I took a day off to do the training online then they declined me joining the training for no reason. Careless and bad with appointments.. I quitted before I start

**BAD EXPERIENCES** This company engages in bait-and-switch tactics. Here's my experience: The company initially reached out quickly to compete with other services. However, they assigned us a caregiver who clearly couldn't meet our stated hour requirements from the start. They then made the caregiver sign documentation accepting minimal hours while they supposedly searched for someone to cover the remaining time. Warming!!! This is a bait and switch. They called us immediately to compete with any other companies, sent to somebody that clearly could not do the job based on the hours she was providing and the hours we said we needed. Then the company had a sign a paper claiming that we will accept minimal hours as they look for someone to fill in the other hours.
