Adreana came out when we had a leak & truly saved us. We were in bad shape, but she was so kind & so professional. Explained all of our options to us in detail and even walked us through submitting our claim to the insurance company. Absolutely amazing. Reminded me there are truly good people out there that want to help. Thank you so much Adreana, you're a rockstar!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Expert Water Removal did an incredible job. Their in-home specialist, Adreana, was incredibly polite and quickly figured out the issue. Before calling them, I had another company come out who completely failed to identify the problem and actually referred me to Expert Water Removal instead. I am so glad they did! If you need fast, professional service, I definitely recommend this team.

Sharilee and Allwin from Expert Water Removal did a very thorough remediation of my home. They were very professional, knowledgeable, took good care of my home, and provided detailed updates throughout the process. Hope I never have to go through this again but if I do I would absolutely recommend them.
