I do not often leave negative reviews, but my experience with Expert Water Removal involved multiple service and communication issues. After a kitchen leak flooded nearly my entire downstairs (approximately 600-700 square feet), Expert Water Removal was dispatched for mitigation services. To have a water leakage or flood in your home is devastating. Don’t wait a second call Expert Water Removal Service. Ask for Shari and Allwin. Within a couple of hours, they determined where the leak was coming from and how much damage was done. Covered the areas necessary and set fans to mitigate the remaining damage. I am so impressed! They went right to the problem area…across my entire first floor.
