This place and these people helped me tremendously and was a godsend!!! I was traveling from Florida to Illinois and my vehicle started cutting out and trying to shut off. I went to Firestone around 5pm and they couldn’t help me that’s when a worker from this place overheard and followed me out the door to let me know about their shop. My husband has been a customer of expert touch for many years. He took the car in for general maintenance. After the repairs, 2 weeks later, the AC which was previously working well, suddenly stopped blowing cold. We took it to another reputable mechanic shop in town and found that BOTH AC line seals had been removed. This is a classic mechanic money grab by unethical mechanic shops.
