My husband has been a customer of expert touch for many years. He took the car in for general maintenance. After the repairs, 2 weeks later, the AC which was previously working well, suddenly stopped blowing cold. We took it to another reputable mechanic shop in town and found that BOTH AC line seals had been removed. This is a classic mechanic money grab by unethical mechanic shops. Living Up To The Name! , Great Mechanic Shop With knowledgeable Mechanics
Avoid I went to this place the had my car for weeks and I couldn't get ahold of anyone. When I finally did the they had not even started on my car but asked me for money. I took them a deposit so they would finally start the the work. I talked to them on 4 occasions and everytime I asked for a balance I received a new price. Excelente service!! Good team work.
Held my vehicle for nearly 3 weeks. Once they decided to "fix it" they did a quick patch job and did not address the issue which I already knew was the fuel pump. Really disappointed in this business, I have been a loyal customer for some time. They demonstrated lack of attention to detail and care for their customers' safety. Had to have my wife's car towed after she had a painful therapy session and working all day. AVOID AT ALL COST.
