rip off this shop is... This guy Mike went to look at my truck at his lift to check my control arm for truck, when i came back 5 hours later CHARGE me $45 just for looking at it. he said i said the paper for but I wasn't aware that much. he didnt even discuss that with me

This company has moved to 444 Water St. in Henderson. All I have to say is you can take the ghetto out of the area but the customer service is by far worse. They have a terrible attitude, and the way they speak to you when you question them is so unprofessional, its absolutely unheard of. They will cheat you out on working on your car, and their price changes sporadically from the time you spoke to them on the phone; to the time you reach the cash register. You'll be sorry... I am.. I was quoted $1400 for a new transmission and specifically told the General Manager Mike I wanted to stay under $1500. When I went to pick it up the cost was over $2200 and when I asked about it he told me and my witness that we were basically liars and that that was the quote he gave me. And cleverly on them and stupid on me they went in and filled in the estimate for $2000 after I initialed the paperwork and he gave me the verbal quote. I don't know about all these crazy reviews. I personally think its his competition. I have been going to expert auto for years, Mike runs the shop like a family business. What I like about Mike is that he is always fair. He explains the situation and what will be needed to fix it. He always shows me the broken parts and sometimes I stay there the whole time and have him fix while I am there. So I know from my experience that they fix my car and they do what they say. I have a hard time believing some of these bad reviews of Expert Tire & Auto Center on Boulder Hwy in Henderson. Maybe these people had a bad day or something but my experience was great. I used to do all my own wrenching and know a thing or two about cars. The shop I took my car to on Stephanie in Henderson took 1-1/2 hours just to look my car over when all I asked was a simple specific question.
