Took my truck in on 6/8/2013 to have tires rotated and oil changed. Their qualified mechanic couldn't figure iut how to put my 2003 GMC on the lift.They also bent my nerf bars ( step bars). After 12-15 minutes of this I went to asst. manager and complained , then they put on alignment rack and proceded to lift with jacks to rotate tires . The mechanic couldn't figure out how to lift it to rotate tires.
