I initially gave this business a bad review in 2010. Four years later, I decided to give them another try. In 2010, the store lost my online booking. Despite the fact that I had a printed email confirmation of my appointment date and time, the person that I dealt with had no people skills and zero interest in rectifying the error. I walked out of their store in a huff and took my car elsewhere. In March of this year, I had them install new brakes and tie rods on my wife's mini-van. Had a slow leak in one tire (went low about once a week. Took it in to Expert Tire in Duluth for a "$20.00' repair. They (Matt) destroyed the tire taking it off the wheel. By the time they replaced the tire and some fictional brake parts, my bill was over $250.00! The staff at Expert Tire in Duluth are COMMON thieves taking advantage of women and students.
