Dr Karmon is very good to work with he explains things very well.
They tell you one thing and turn around and keep billing you. The staff is very rude and would not let me talk at all. I was hung up on when calling. I was quoted three different prices and and then get billed for an entirely different amount. Sad part is Dr Karman is nice but the rest of the staff is garbage.
I'm just getting started but every member of the staff is very kind and professional.
Would not help during the process, overcharged my account money, and were very rude. In my opinion, this place is disgusting.

Paid $300 after insurance and no help. Only suggested sleeping pills after I said at 1st appt didn't want sleeping pills
I used to like this place. Now they call bluegrass oxygen and change my pressure all the time without even consulting me the patient. When I asked them to leave the pressure alone the response was "well you're not using your machine anyway". I was in a car crash where a kid was texting and hit me head on and shattered my femur. So any time I could fall asleep I took it. This machine wasnt the 1st thing on my mind. Then when I go to use it, it feels like someone's shooting an air hose up my nose.
