I had a mini-split system go down in my rentals. I was so stressed, but the HVAC manager explained all my options and helped me decide which new system was best for me. And then they made sure they showed up on time to the repair and stayed till it was done (even after hours!). WOW! I'm back up and running and will always call Expert first!!

Rip off!! The tech came and installed item in LESS THAN AN HOUR - then charged me $585. That's $9.75 A MINUTE!! Also left a gigantic hole that i had to call handyman to patch! They had been out prior to fix their problem that wasn't correctly installed. Won't use again.
