I contacted Expert Services in January because we had a leak near our shower. When I made the initial call I could tell I was talking to a computer, but I left my information anyway. I received a callback and a technician was sent the same day to give me a bid. The bid seemed high so I explained I was not able to hire them immediately and told him if could work out financing I would call them back. Christian came out to do a yearly A/c check with our membership that we have. He was very pleasant to work with and great on answering any questions I had. He helped me understand why he recommended the things he did for our a/c and furnace. I learned a few new things today that in my 45 years I don't think I knew re a/c and furnances. Thanks Christian for your hard work and dedication!! You are awesome!

I had a mini-split system go down in my rentals. I was so stressed, but the HVAC manager explained all my options and helped me decide which new system was best for me. And then they made sure they showed up on time to the repair and stayed till it was done (even after hours!). WOW! I'm back up and running and will always call Expert first!!
