Great to work with. Install tech was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us get set up with our smart phones and learn how to operate the system. Best overall value around
Man seem knowledgable but toke over an hour trying to get code in. He was going to come back when I called to get him back I was tokd by one of the other guys that I needed a new pad and it would cost 299.00 I already paid hi for the first call and he wasn't able to fix it. All the contacts worked but he couldn't get code in. I called some else and they came and put code in in 5 minutes, So I wouldn't recommend Expert Security--seems to be rip off.
