We normally don’t go for door-to-door sales, but Carlos completely changed our perspective. He was professional, knowledgeable, and great at communicating the benefits of ADT. He got us a great deal and helped us feel confident about the setup. The only issue has been the missing camera with solar panel — it’s been nearly five weeks and still no sign of it. They’ll give you a hard time to get a refund, it’s been over a month and they haven’t given it back. Very unprofessional
