I got a cut and highlight. She teased my hair to push up the baby hairs before putting the foil/wrap under my hair and putting the color on. Thought that would be fine. When she went to take it out, my hair was soooo tangled!! She took down the crown of my head only while at the sink and started brushing from the top. It was soo painful! I had to tell her it hurt.
