I saw someone in an Expert Roofing company vehicle toss a cigarette butt out on the highway lined with dry grass next to a natural area earlier this week (early August). I'm not sure what kind of moron thinks this is okay ever, let alone during wildfire season. Edit in response to the company's response below: I noticed the employee started throwing sunflower seeds out of the truck a minute or so after the cigarette butt.
