Angel introduced himself as representative/ staff working for Roofing Expert. He inspected the whole house for damages caused by strong winds and hail storm last July 27. We told him that there is a leak on the roof. He volunteered to seal the leak without asking anything in return. He took pictures of all damages and explained to us what needs to be done. Well done last fall John and team replaced the roof called him out to get advice and he found my problem coming out next week to help with dormer. He found an area were gutters were needed. Thanks John
Carl from Expert Roofing recently inspected my exterior following a minor hail storm. The inspection showed that everything was in great condition, but he didn't stop there. Carl thoroughly documented the inspection with photos that were shared with me so that I have them should they be needed in the future. I appreciate the honesty and attention to detail, especially considering the inspection was free of charge. I recommend them for anyone looking to get an inspection.

Very disappointing experience. After the roof replacement, we had a leak, but instead of taking responsibility, they said it was a separate siding issue and quoted thousands more for repairs. We were also originally told insurance would cover the roofing work, but later received a large unexpected balance. The whole situation feels unreasonable and poorly handled.
