Be careful dealing with these con artists. First, they drop by your house and offer to do a "free" estimate because they see a shingle loose on your roof. Then they tell you they will submit it to the insurance company so that you can get the whole thing paid for. All you have to do is sign a contract that they are now your agent. The contract stipulates that if you don't go with them as your contractor, you will have to pay 20% of the insurance proceeds back to them. Before contracting with Expert Roofing, home owners should be informed about what they may be getting themselves into. I can’t claim to know this is how every one of their jobs goes, but in my personal experience, I found Expert to be exceptional at all initial contact and communication, getting my insurance to pay in full for the re-roofing project, putting on a new roof looks excellent from afar, and avoiding adequately correcting the multiple installation errors they made. I would give them zero star. When hail damage occurs, they come to your house like anything and will say Yes to everything you asked them to do. Their main interest is to get you sign contract and get your first insurance check. Once you fall in that trap and hand over that check then they disappears for weeks/months. You will then have to keep chasing them and begging them to complete the work. They will work on their own schedule and will blame your insurance.
