Rude, rushes you off the phone, definitely likes to talk over you , once they find out you’re black they won’t call you back about a property at ALL! One of the agents said a house was move in ready and I went to view the home and it was dirty, carpet was dirty, walls were dirty it was horrible ! Don’t rent from these racist!
Maintenance is horrible. Never here when they are suppose to. Half fix things. Got wrong size outside door. Patched it up at least an inch gap light and bugs coming in. Can't ever get a return call or text. Needed a fridge moved for almost a month brought my own. We had to push it onto the porch. Not been here a month yet. Ladies in office are nice just NO communication
Toured one of their properties for a duplex. I had previously toured a different house on the exact same street managed by a different company which was amazing but it didn’t work out. The unit I viewed managed by this company was FILTHY. There was mold everywhere, missing cabinet doors and handles, trash and old food left around the unit and in the fridge, and the front door has a crack in it you could see through. Actually despicable especially for the high price point this unit was listed under.
Most honest realty company I've ever rented from I tell u I thought it was a scam cause it's just that too good to be true vibe I highly recommend expert realty they're not money hungry and they really work with you so just be honest and they will help you
