Bad experience. Called the listing agent on a property in St Charles County. She put me off and told me no showings and no contracts being taken until Dec 23rd. There is a lot of interest in the property. I told her I too was interested and a cash buyer etc. she told me they were not doing anything and to wait. I guess I was brushed off. Property is pending ……can’t recommend them.
