I’ve never had more horrible customer experience when I first walked in the door inquiring about purchasing a hose reel. I spoke to someone over the phone and more detailed information about it and when I walked in the door, the bald head guy treated me like absolute garbage and like a complete idiot, and he was very rude and condescending. Given the fact, I drove over two hours to purchase this item I was not expecting this experience whatsoever. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Super fast shipping. Ordered soft wash parts on a Sunday. They arrived to my shop on Wednesday in North Carolina. All the parts are in excellent shape and organized and no parts were missing. I also enjoy seeing their transparent YouTube videos on their equipment, builds, and knowledge. I will definitely be buying more soft wash parts from them in the future. Quality stuff.
Great experience, everyone was helpful and friendly. First was greeted by Tim who immediately made me feel welcomed. Had AJ help me and answered all my questions the first time I visited. Came back a couple days later to get more equipment where Chris and Kenny helped me get the remaining equipment and answered more of my questions. These guys have everything and anything you could need and are here to help your business grow. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Thanks again!
