This business is apparently a front for owner Rick Ortega to steal money from customers. He roped us in by performing a couple of small repairs for cash on our hot tub. Then he took and cashed a check to buy parts for the hot tub, and never returned, never ordered the parts and stopped answering phone calls. We filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau but received no response. WARNING!!! RICK ORTEGA OF EXPERT POOL AND SPA LLC IS A CROOK! DO NOT GIVE HIM ONE CENT OF YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL BE GREATLY DISAPPOINTED!
Rick Ortegas expert pool and spa owner has just redone his website in order to remove the 4 individuals who claimed he said they're hot tub needed a part and he charged them between $350 [ for myself] and over $ 650 to another individual. There were 2 other complaints very similar he never comes back he simply takes your money I am happy to be the 1st leaving this warning to others. Yes, contacting other 3 indivi duals to take him to court together.
