Technician Jared came to switch out my water heater and did an amazing job was very respectful and polite and worked it like a wizard and finished faster than anticipated, this is the second time they come out to help me fix my plumbing needs and I highly recommend them for anything needed

This was my first time using Expert Plumbing and I was very impressed. I had the main water line between the water meter and the house replaced along with an automatic water shutoff system installed - should there be a leak while no one was home. Jared and Jose who did the installation were very friendly and did excellent work. Moe, who designed the system, came up with an approach that avoided extensive trenching, which would have damaged many plants. Every person I spoke to at Expert Plumbing was so kind and so professional. They were great to work with. They clearly know what they are doing and can explain it well in simple terms. They were just great to work with. I highly recommend them.

The mission: install two Kohler toilet replacements and angle stops. First, the company: Responsive, competitive price; let me know when to expect technician; sent a picture of him to me, with his name. Then the technician, Jared: good communicator and listener; easy to work with; professional knowledge and attention to detail (including testing); cleaned up both areas well; took all evidence of his having been here with him.
