Update #2. I retract the private equity assertion. Different Brennan, even Google got them mixed up. I stand by everything else I said. Update: PRIVATE EQUITY HUCKSTERS POSING AS MOM & POP'S. Keith W. was assigned to install our new water heater. We met with him and Tom the week before to explain our options and what would be done. We were impressed with the time they took to answer our questions, and both were very friendly. Everything went smoothly when the job was done the next week, which worked with our schedule. We are very happy with how the whole thing went from start to finish!

Jon was the plumber assigned to me and my home 7/1/2025 for toilet repairs and value replacements. All I can say is he was very professional, fast and friendly; we were the last job on his docket for the day, but he performed as if it was the first. Job was done well and finished faster than I expected (< two hours).

They had my review removed, so I’ve set an alarm to ensure it goes back up at least once a week for years to come. Better off leaving it vs. a perpetual task: BUYERS BEWARE…. $820 to replace toilet tank components and remove buildup on faucet cap. This company will not provide itemized receipts or breakout costs by service/product. EXPENSIVE, predatory level expensive.
