We've used Expert Plumbing Services in the past (with great results!) and we contacted them to service us again. Their plumber, Lukasz, arrived during his scheduled time-frame and was quick to assess our issue and provide us with a detailed explanation what needed to be done to correct it. Lukasz was very respectful to my husband and I, as well as our home. He practiced social distancing, wore his protective mask, gloves and booties. Our serviceman, Lukasz, was very courteous and explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost up front so that there were no surprises. He replaced our garbage disposal and made sure no mess was left. Great service.

Chris and his associate just installed my new Navien tankless water heater. The job was done professionally, neatly, on time, as promised. Chris is super knowledgeable and helped me understand all aspects of the project. On-going maintenance is going to be a breeze with Expert's proactive customer service. Chris was great- friendly, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and informative. I was only disappointed with the customer service. I recognize that my work was requested during the holiday season, but I was told a plumber would come out on a certain day. After he did not show up, I called and they had no record of my service scheduled for that day. I was guaranteed that I'd get a call to confirm service on the Monday following. The day after Memorial Day I tried to remove and repack the water shutoff valve to the toilet in my upstairs bathroom. It was ancient, it leaked horribly (before I shut the main water off), and would not come off the pipe! Furthermore, new leaks erupted and so I had to keep the main shutoff OFF--which meant no water for the whole house!
