The tech, David Reeve, was great. He listened to my concerns and he did a thorough job. On top of that, he was friendly and personable. I would be happy to have him back again. :)
Great friendly service. Michael the service man is knowledgeable and professional He kept me apprised of the service he was conducting and the product they were using. I haven't really had any problems with pests since using them. I do recommend this company if you're looking for reliable service with safe kid and pet friendly products that work.
Raul was the technician today. He treated the exterior as part of my quarterly service. He also took care of a new issue with ants. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. I liked how careful he was of the property.
It was a pleasure to meet Will today, and I can attest to the fact that he did a highly professional and thorough job treating both the interior and the exterior of the house. We also had a number of interesting conversations about his interest in insects and mammals and the satisfaction he derives from his work, and he passed along to me a couple of interesting facts that I was pleased to learn. He gets top grades from me, I think Expert is fortunate to employ him, and I look forward to seeing him again in the future!
