Update - Expert Pest will not reach out or try to make anything better. They have denied responsibility of any wrongdoing, despite the words of their own production manager, Eric, and three roofing companies (Royalty, JBL, And Brad’s) all attesting that the roof was incorrectly penetrated by screws. Why offer to fix a roof when you are not able to do it correctly, or train your associates to do it correctly? We simply want this small section brand new roof fixed, and they refuse.
