If you have a working family ( out of the house by 8:30 - I would not recommend them.For my plan they are about $200.00 more for a 12 month plan than Western but I want to give local guys the business.They do not have weekend hours, however they stated they could do 8am so I could be at work by 9am. Very professional winter service provider.They have all the proper insuance and are a member of the Snow and Ice Management Association.They have various pieces of equipment to handle sidewalks to large parking lots.VERY SATISFIED!!!
