I rarely review experiences with vendors, but will make an exemption for my interaction with Expert Overhead Doors and the owner, Randy Perkins. After receipt of the estimate I emailed and asked for clarification of what items were to be installed and requsted model numbers, etc. The response via email..."Thank you for your interest, but at this time I’d like to decline this opportunity." Terrible driver. If he doesn't know how to drive how can I trust him to install a door.
What a great experience from the very beginning. Very professional, very nice, very efficient and we now have a beautiful new garage door!!! Couldn't be happier.
These guys are great. He showed up on time and finished in exactly the estimated time that he gave me. Nick explained everything to me completely and left the area cleaner than when he got here. I recommend them 100%
Nick and Noah came to our house on May 2, to help with an issue we were having with our garage door not working. I had decided that I wanted to have a different garage door installed and they discussed the different options with me so that I could make a decision on which one to go with. They then installed the new garage door quickly. They are very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recomend them to anyone one looking for a new garage door opener.
