Excellent, excellent experience. Our garage door snapped this morning and Expert was able to come out same day and get us all buttoned up at a very reasonable price. Randy was so nice and showed me exactly what went wrong and didn’t try to upsell anything and with our crappy old opener he certainly could have lol in fact he even said while it’s junk(it’s a 20 year old Wayne Dalton) it’s not in bad shape and to use it til it flat out won’t go anymore lol that right there will have us coming back to him when we do need to repl... read more

I drove 45 minutes based on my contractor’s recommendation and was excited to visit this business. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, the location was closed. I called the published number to confirm I was at the correct address, which I was. I was then told they are closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
