Sean was very friendly and helpful. got exactly what I needed and all of my questions were answered.
have been going there for years. went in last sat to order a firearm. was basically told with inventory as low as it is at the suppliers there is no use. drove to iron sights armory walked out with firearm on order picking up this week. I will go back but the new staff is definitely not the same as the old

Only took 1 minute to realize is was going to be a bad experience. Expert Outfitters is an Anti-Constitutional, Un-American, non-patriotic establishment. They are NOT "freedom friendly", nor do they believe in the constitution. Horrible customer service. Unknowledgeable in laws and rights.
They were very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. There was man today just asked questions about a rifle he was buying somewhere else. But the guy took time to answer his questions even though the man was buying a rifle somewhere else
Very helpful. Great customer service. Friendly and knowledgable staff. The wife and I refuse to shop anywhere else.
