I scheduled and confirmed a move date/time with Expert Movers for 2/28/14 between the hours of 4pm-8pm cst. At 8pm on 2/28/14 still no one had showed up and I didn't receive a call so I called the office and left a message. At 8:15pm I received a call from the movers who advised that their last appt ran over and asked if I still wanted them to come. I advised yes because I had to be out that day. Extremely slow. They took literally all day (9am-5pm) to move one bedroom and one living room less than 5 miles. When I spoke with Mark (the owner) about it, he promised he would compensate me for the difference. After a month of not hearing from him despite several attempts, he said he would not reply because I was threatening him. My messages were simply asking for a reply, but it is clear he would rather keep my money than make things right for an unsatisfied customer. DO NOT USE THIS MOVER.
