Went in on a Thursday afternoon to get a quote on a ring repair. Internet was down so they told me they’d email the quote later on. I followed up the next day after not receiving a quote and was told I’d get the quote later that day. Fast forward to the following week… nothing. So incredibly pleased with how they redesigned my ring. When I came in everybody was extremely helpful and made sure I got exactly what I was thinking. Will definitely be returning for future projects. I still can’t stop staring at it. PSA: make sure if your getting a ring done, make sure you bring a driver with you or don’t wear it home. Got my ring fixed a few months ago and lost a prong and the ruby. They replaced a couple of the prongs and did a stone tightening. If they hold to their warranty I will change to 5 star review
