Stopped in on a Friday morning to have a bracelet and necklace repaired that I did not purchase from them. Three friendly ladies all greeted me when I walked in. They were able to fix both on the spot in about 15 minutes and kept thanking me for my patience!! I didn’t even think they were going to be able to help!! Wonderful customer service, store is clean and nice selection of jewelry at very reasonable prices. If you haven’t stopped here you are missing out on a gem!! Thanks ladies I will be back.
amazing staff here, by far the friendliest and most helpful jewelers I've ever worked with! Prices are affordable and they were very timely with getting my jewelry resized :) I highly recommend coming here for any jewelry repair!
I had a small snafu with my necklace I wear daily and the chain slipped into a place it shouldn’t be. I brought it in and they had it repaired in minutes and shined it up for me. I have heard great things about this place and will definitely use them for any jewelery repairs going forward! Highly recommended!
Went in on a Thursday afternoon to get a quote on a ring repair. Internet was down so they told me they’d email the quote later on. I followed up the next day after not receiving a quote and was told I’d get the quote later that day. Fast forward to the following week… nothing. So incredibly pleased with how they redesigned my ring. When I came in everybody was extremely helpful and made sure I got exactly what I was thinking. Will definitely be returning for future projects. I still can’t stop staring at it. PSA: make sure if your getting a ring done, make sure you bring a driver with you or don’t wear it home.
