This so-called French expert is a fraud. Run away, I lost so much money with him. I trusted him and he made me buying a house in the worst place. Anyway, Florida is not the best place to invest, quite the opposite. Prefer another area where the availability is lower. Don't make the same mistake I did...
never trust this guy yet sympathetic, he has no scruples to roll you in the flour. His expertise is false. I left a lot of money there.
After meeting with Bruno Barnagaud, the owner of the Expert International Real Estate, and retaining his services for a house, my fiancé and I were extremely disappointed with his unethical behavior. Throughout our search of an apartment, we continuously had to check in with him on progress. That should have been the first red flag. Very bad address in Florida. Maybe not the worst, but close... I trusted them and I am very disappointed afterwards. If I lost money, anyway, they win. For this, Bruno knows his works. He was very friendly as long as I had money. Then he stopped to answer the phone before disappearing.
